To make a booking all requests for a stay at the Guest Facilities must be booked through our online booking service or if physically on our campus, walk into the University Services Office located in the Administrative Building and make one.
Our cancellation policy
In order to make a reservation, your credit card will be charged a one-night, non-refundable deposit. Cancellations & changes may be made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without a penalty, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations & changes made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay. You will be refunded any portion of the stay that can be re-booked. Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).
Once there are rooms available, a room is reserved for the guest. Payment must be made before arrival or on arrival. In the case of guest arriving over the weekend, payment should be made at the facility via Linx.
Arriving at the facility
On arrival, the guest is greeted by the Customer Service Representative and taken to their room. Guest will receive an envelope containing a welcome letter providing Wi-Fi and telephone information, contact numbers for transport, campus security and national emergency lines and room keys.
